Do you deliver outside of the UK?

I currently only deliver within the UK.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I love to make custom orders! Whether you’re looking for a tweak to a design I currently offer such as alternative wording, or a brand new custom design, please contact me and we can run through ideas!

 Can I combine orders?

If you have placed an order and wish to order again, please send me a message via email or Instagram prior to ordering. I can then issue you a code to deduct the postage cost, providing that your original item(s) have not already been packed and posted. 

 I made a mistake when inputting my personalisation. Can this be amended?

I strongly urge you to double check your personalisation before submitting your order, as I will copy your wording exactly when preparing your item. However, I do understand that sometimes mistakes and typos can happen! If you do realise that you have made a mistake, please contact me quoting your order number as soon as you can - if your order has not yet been made, I am more than happy to change the personalisation.

Can I send an item directly to someone as a gift?

Yes, I would be more than happy to do this for you. Please do ensure that the delivery address you input at checkout is that of the recipient. If you would like a gift note added to the order, please specify this in the ‘order special instructions' box at checkout, including your chosen message too.

 Can I track my order once dispatched?

Orders are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail as standard, and therefore can’t be tracked.
If you would like a tracked delivery service, please select the Tracked24 option at checkout at the cost of £4.00. You will then be provided with a Royal Mail tracking number on your dispatch email once your item has been posted.
