Initial discussion of your custom design is completely FREE, and there is no obligation to purchase during the discussion stage.
However, work will only start on your custom design once payment has been made.
There will be an additional fee charged for a completely new and bespoke design, to cover the time spent designing and to go through adjustments and options with you. This will vary based on design.
I will begin designing your custom order once payment has been made, and a digital mock up will be sent to you prior to making your item. We can then discuss any adjustments you would like to make.
Please note that digital mock ups will be just that, a mock up of what your item will look like, and the actual item once made will look slightly different due to the materials used.
Current turnaround times will begin after you have agreed on a final design, and I start processing your item. Please do take this into consideration when ordering for a specific event or occasion.
